Gastrocnemius
The gastrocnemius muscle is a major muscle located at the back of the lower leg, forming part of the calf.
Serratus Anterior
Serratus Anterior is crucial for the movement and stabilization of the shoulder blade (scapula). It helps to rotate the scapula and allows the arm to be raised above the head.
Transversus Abdominis
Transversus Abdominis is a deep abdominal muscle that wraps around the torso like a corset. It helps stabilize the spine and pelvis and supports the organs.
Supraspinatus
The supraspinatus muscle is one of the four rotator cuff muscles surrounding the shoulder joint.
Deltoid
Deltoid is a large muscle in a triangular shape that covers the shoulder joint and gives the shoulder its round shape. It is made up of three parts – the anterior (clavicular), middle (acromial), and posterior (spinal) portions.
Biceps Brachii
Biceps Brachii is a large muscle located in the upper arm. The muscle has two heads, a long head, and a short head, that start at different points near the shoulder and then merge together into a single muscle belly.
Tensor Fascia Latae
The Tensor Fascia Latae works in conjunction with the gluteus maximus, gluteus medius, and gluteus minimus in a wide variety of hip movements, including flexion, abduction, and internal rotation.
Gluteus Medius
Gluteus Medius is the prime mover of abduction at hip joint. Beyond these hip movements, it significantly contributes to weight transfer and maintaining balance during ambulation.
Gluteus Maximus
Gluteus Maximus is the largest and heaviest muscle in the body. As a powerful extensor of the hip joint, the gluteus maximus suited to powerful lower limb movements, such as
